MSID will team up with your architect and builder/contractor team to finalize the floor plan layout, kitchen and bath design, architectural elements, etc.  

 

Furniture, Art, Windows, and Decorations

During the design process, we will carefully consider the layout of the furniture, art, window treatments, and decorations, so that they all work together in a cohesive flow. Mood boards will be created to display all the items being considered so that each room has the same level of quality throughout the home, and you are able to see how all the design elements work together.

 

Finish Selection

The MSID team will go throughout each space to source and select the finishes that will go into each room that is being designed or remodeled. This will include selections such as stone, tile, lighting, cabinetry, hardware, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and paint selections. Letting the MSID team take this on ensures that the entire home is thoughtfully considered and cohesively designed.

Project Management and Ordering

MSID will organize all the finishes, fixtures, and equipment into highly organized documents, which will be shared with the builder and the design team to effectively communicate the design elements of your new home. While construction is happening, we will be working behind the scenes ordering your furniture, managing the shipments, and receiving everything into our furniture warehouse where it will be unpacked, inspected for damage, and stored securely until installation.

Installation

Our team will move you in. Once construction is completed, we will arrange the installation of your furnishings, artwork, window treatments, and decorations. Our team will deliver your furniture, assemble, hang art, make the beds, style the shelves, and put every item in its place. This full-service experience will make the months of waiting worth it!
